These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the placement of advertisements and partnerships on Astrophyzix.com (“the Site”). By submitting an advertising request or entering into a partnership agreement, you (“Advertiser” or “Partner”) agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Exclusivity
Astrophyzix offers a single, exclusive sidebar advertising placement per term. Only one Advertiser or Partner is permitted at a time. Placement is non-rotating and will be displayed site-wide across article pages unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Eligibility and Content Standards
Advertising must align with the scientific and educational mission of Astrophyzix.
Prohibited content includes pseudoscience, conspiracy theories, political campaigns, gambling, adult content, illegal products or services, and low-quality affiliate promotions.
All advertisements are subject to review and approval by Astrophyzix. Placement may be refused or removed at our discretion.
3. Formats and Specifications
Available formats for the sidebar placement include:

Vertical Skyscraper: 196x600 pixels
Advertisers are responsible for providing final creative assets in the correct dimensions and format.
4. Term and Renewal
The default placement term is one year, unless otherwise specified in writing. Renewal is subject to availability and mutual agreement.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms, pricing, and invoicing will be specified in the advertising agreement.
All payments must be received before placement is activated, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Disclaimer
Astrophyzix does not guarantee specific traffic, clicks, or conversions from advertisements.
Advertiser is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of all ad content.
Astrophyzix reserves the right to remove or modify any advertisement or partnership content without prior notice if Terms are violated.
7. Indemnification
The Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Astrophyzix, its affiliates, and its staff from any claims, damages, or legal proceedings arising from the advertisement content or the Advertiser’s failure to comply with these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Astrophyzix be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from advertising or partnership placement, including lost revenue or opportunities.
9. Termination
Astrophyzix reserves the right to terminate advertising agreements immediately if Terms are violated.
Advertiser may terminate the agreement in writing, subject to refund policies outlined in the individual advertising contract.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Modifications
Astrophyzix reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in advertising or partnership programs constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
