This programme is designed for organisations seeking to align with a trusted, evidence‑first scientific platform integrating official NASA, JPL, NOAA, GNOS, DOI, and Crossref data systems.
This is not advertising. This is institutional affiliation, public impact, and scientific alignment. The partnership provides full‑network visibility across the Astrophyzix Digital Observatory, the Astrophyzix Publication Platform, and associated research utilities.
Our Public Impact Commitment
Astrophyzix reinvests a portion of every institutional partnership into the scientific community and educational support:
- 5%: Donated to a recognised and registered science‑aligned charity
- 5%: Donated to community 'breakfast clubs' ensuring all children can eat breakfast before school to improve learning.
- 5%: Funds the annual Astrophyzix Scholarship for Emerging Scientists

What the Partnership Includes
- Your organisation’s logo will appear in the primary identity block at the top of the sidebar on Astrophyzix.org and Astrophyzix.com. This placement is visible on every page, above all navigation and modules, and is the first branded element users see. It is the highest‑value institutional placement on the network.
2. Full‑Width Leaderboard Banner (Top of Site)
- A full‑width banner will appear at the top of both domains, directly beneath the headmast. This placement spans the full width of the site, appears on every page, and reinforces your organisation’s support for public science.
- A matching footer banner appears at the bottom of every page on both domains, ensuring visibility at both the entry and exit points of the user experience.
4. Headmast Recognition
- Your organisation will be acknowledged in the headmast of both sites as: “In Partnership With [Partner Name]”. This is the most formal recognition available without naming rights.
- Where contextually appropriate, the partner may be acknowledged in educational guides, research explainers, module documentation, and outreach materials. These mentions are non‑commercial and framed in an institutional tone.
- The partner will be named as a co-donor to charities we support.
- The partner name will be included in the annual scholarship and recognised as co-funder.
6. Exclusivity
- Astrophyzix operates a strict single‑partner policy.
- No other institutional or commercial partner will be displayed anywhere on Astrophyzix.org, Astrophyzix.com, SciSearcher Pro, or associated modules and utilities.
- This ensures uncontested visibility and institutional clarity.
Contract Length
- Standard Term: 12 Months
The partnership runs for a fixed 12‑month period from the date of signing.
- Optional Multi‑Year Terms
Multi‑year agreements (2–5 years) may include rate stability, extended visibility, deeper integration options, and priority renewal rights.
Institutional Alignment Pilot (30‑Day Evaluation Period)
The Institutional Alignment Pilot is a one‑time, non‑refundable 30‑day evaluation period designed for organisations that wish to experience the visibility, tone, and mission‑fit of the Astrophyzix partnership before committing to a full 12‑month term.
What the Pilot Includes
- Sidebar identity block placement on Astrophyzix.org and Astrophyzix.com
- Footer banner visibility across both domains
- Headmast recognition as a temporary institutional partner
- Inclusion in the partner list during the 30‑day period
- Public‑impact attribution (charity and scholarship contributions apply proportionally)
What the Pilot Does Not Include
- Full educational or research integration
- Extended visibility options or custom placements
- Multi‑year rate stability
- Co‑branding on scholarship or charitable materials
- Long‑term public‑impact reporting
Terms of the Pilot
- One‑time offering per organisation
- Non‑refundable fee, payable in full before activation
- 30‑day duration from the date of activation
- No extensions or renewals
- Completion of the pilot does not guarantee availability of the full partnership
- The pilot fee does not lock in future pricing
- A separate agreement is required for the full 12‑month partnership
Investment
- The Institutional Partnership Programme is a premium, exclusive engagement designed for organisations committed to advancing public science, STEM education, and evidence‑based communication.
- Investment levels vary depending on scope, duration, integration depth, and public‑impact commitments. Standard Partnerships packages typically fall within a five-figure annual range, while Premium Package Partnerships typically fall within a six‑figure annual range. However, a tailored proposal is provided following an initial consultation.
Terms & Conditions
1. Non‑Commercial Framework
The partnership is institutional, not promotional. The partner may not display sales messaging, product promotions, pricing, offers, or marketing slogans. Partner branding is representational only and does not imply endorsement.
2. Scientific Independence
Astrophyzix maintains full editorial and scientific independence. Partners cannot influence research conclusions, data interpretation, module outputs, article content, or editorial decisions.
3. Branding Standards
Partner logos must meet accessibility requirements, be provided in high‑resolution formats, and comply with Astrophyzix’s visual identity guidelines.
4. Use of Names & Marks
Partners may reference the partnership publicly, but may not imply endorsement, use the Astrophyzix logo without permission, use research outputs for marketing, or misrepresent the nature of the affiliation.
5. Early Termination
Either party may terminate for cause (reputational risk, legal issues, breach of terms, unethical behaviour, mission conflict) or without cause with 60 days’ written notice. Unused months are refunded on a prorated basis. After termination, the partner must cease using the Astrophyzix name and remove all references to the partnership.
Full terms and conditions are provided during the consultation and included in writing, in all contract agreements.
Eligibility
Suitable for scientific organisations, research institutions, educational foundations, STEM‑aligned companies, philanthropic sponsors, academic publishers, and technology providers supporting scientific work. Astrophyzix reserves the right to decline partnerships that conflict with its mission or values.
