NASA and SpaceX have confirmed that the four astronauts of SpaceX’s Crew-11 mission will return to Earth **earlier than planned** after an unexpected medical issue arose aboard the International Space Station (ISS). This marks the **first early medical return in the ISS’s 25-year history*.
